People are there to purchase based on the information the website
presents. If it is hard to find that information due to poorly
designed navigation, that buyer will go elsewhere.

an in-house person to do the website for us. Do you offer this
service?
A: Yes, we

our clients. We handle hosting, domain names, e-mails, updates,
marketing, everything you need for a dependable and high-traffic

Q: How do we send updates
to put on our website?
A: Email is
the quickest way to send us updates. We will assign one of our
staff designers to be your direct contact. Updates are posted
on your website within 48 hours.
Q: We need photography done
for our products on the website. Can you handle that?
A: Yes, we
do digital photography for many of our clients. We charge $20.00
per hour plus travel time.
Q: You did a website design
for a competitor that is on page one in Google. Can we hire your
company to do the same for our website?
A: It depends
on the situation. If your competitor is regional and only interested
in business from Ohio and you are located outside of their region,
yes - we can work with you. If you are a national company and
our current client is also national - no. This would be a conflict
of interest. We do NOT accept 2 clients in the same region and
marketplace.
